Created data sheets and used them to collect data on individual student academic and behavioral goals. Reviewed student level data to inform instruction and student groupings (data from online programs and teacher-created content assessments). Collaborated with team of 10 which included other ASD teachers, SLP, OT, SW, and Principal. Developed instructional materials and behavior management systems for each individual student. Provided daily updates to families reporting on student progress, academic tasks completed and behavior. Developed the IEP document and ran each students IEP meeting. Created a scope and sequence of skills (academic and behavioral) alongside peers.
